Rooted Financial Guidance for a Thoughtful Divorce

Navigate your divorce with informed support and a steady financial foundation, guided by a trusted professional throughout the process.

Private, Out-of-Court Guidance

A Deliberate Way Forward

Divorce brings a series of significant financial decisions, often at a time when emotions and uncertainty are high. For individuals and couples with complex financial lives, these decisions deserve careful consideration, not rushed conclusions or unnecessary conflict.

Bloom Divorce Advisory Services provides financial guidance designed to support informed decision-making within a private, settlement-minded process. Our role is to help clients understand their financial landscape, evaluate options deliberately, and move forward with a foundation that supports long-term financial and family stability.

Our approach reflects how we think about divorce, financial decision-making, and long-term stability. Learn more about the principles that guide our work and how we collaborate with individuals and couples to bring structure, insight, and discretion to the financial side of divorce.

Two Starting Points. A Shared Philosophy

Clients come to Bloom with different relationships to their finances, but a shared desire to move through divorce deliberately and with care.

Clients Seeking Dedicated Financial Support

Some clients want steady, individualized financial guidance as they navigate divorce. They value having a professional who can help organize information, explain financial implications, and provide clear financial education so they can engage in discussions with greater confidence and ease.

Clients Seeking Strategic Financial Insight

Other clients are highly engaged with their finances and want a strategic partner to help evaluate scenarios, assess tax considerations, and think through long-term outcomes before decisions are made. They value analysis that allows them to weigh options carefully and avoid reactive decision-making.

Defining the Client Relationship

One Philosophy. Two Roles.

Bloom Divorce Advisory Services works from a single guiding philosophy: providing strictly financial, settlement-minded guidance that supports informed decision-making without fear or intimidation. Depending on the structure of the divorce process and the needs of those involved, this work is delivered in one of two clearly defined roles.

Financial Advocate

When working as a Financial Advocate, we support one party through the divorce process. In this role, we provide individualized financial analysis, help clients evaluate options, and support participation in discussions and negotiations. We assist in organizing financial information, modeling potential settlement outcomes, and preparing clients to understand their choices and the financial impact of possible agreements.

While the work is focused on one client, the approach remains settlement-minded and grounded in careful, well-reasoned analysis. The goal is to promote practical solutions and informed participation throughout the process.

Financial Neutral

When working as a Financial Neutral, we support both parties together in a cooperative, out-of-court process. In this role, we provide unbiased financial analysis, organize and model settlement scenarios, and help couples understand the financial implications of their decisions as they work toward mutually acceptable agreements.

For couples seeking a more mutual process, this role may also include serving as a mediator, allowing financial analysis and facilitated discussion to occur within a single, integrated framework.
