Behind every divorce is a person trying to make sense of unfamiliar financial choices.
At Bloom Divorce Advisory Services, our role is to bring structure, understanding, and steady guidance to that process.
We are dedicated to providing settlement-minded, private divorce financial analysis that supports thoughtful decision-making and reduces unnecessary conflict. Our work is grounded in the belief that divorce does not have to be driven by fear or escalation, and that better financial understanding can lead to better outcomes for everyone involved.
Bloom’s approach prioritizes privacy, discretion, and long-term perspective. We focus on helping individuals and couples understand the financial implications of their options so they can make sound decisions, protect children where applicable, and preserve family relationships whenever possible.
Our philosophy is simple: when people are informed and supported, they are better equipped to move through divorce with intention rather than reaction.

Kristina is the founder of Bloom Divorce Advisory Services and holds the designations of Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) and Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI®). She helps individuals and couples make informed financial decisions during divorce, guiding them through complex financial issues and supporting them in making well-informed choices for their future.
Through Bloom Divorce Advisory Services, Kristina provides specialized financial analysis designed specifically for the divorce process. Her work is informed by mediation training and advanced divorce transition planning, and she is currently pursuing the Certified QDRO Specialist designation to better support clients facing complex retirement and benefit decisions.
Her path to this work was shaped by an early career in the hospitality industry, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Global Hospitality Leadership from the University of Houston and spent more than a decade leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. During those years, Kristina saw how deeply financial stress can affect people, not just at work, but in their personal lives as well. Managing teams during times of financial uncertainty, including a final role as a General Manager navigating serious cash flow challenges, became a defining moment in her professional journey.
That experience prompted a reassessment of what mattered most. Kristina realized she was drawn to the intersection of people, numbers, and life transitions, and that she wanted to help individuals feel more informed and less overwhelmed during difficult financial moments. This led her into financial services, where she obtained her life and health insurance license, securities registrations (Series 7, 63, and 65), and her first professional designation as a Certified Financial Education Instructor.
Through this work, Kristina became acutely aware of how common financial illiteracy is and how often people are expected to make important decisions without fully understanding their options. As she began working with couples, a clear pattern emerged. One partner frequently handled the finances, while the other trusted the process without being deeply involved. When major life events such as divorce, death, or disability occurred, the partner who had not managed the finances was often left feeling anxious, confused, and unprepared.
Wanting to better support clients during divorce, Kristina earned her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation and founded Bloom Divorce Advisory Services. This practice is dedicated exclusively to divorce-related financial analysis and services specific to the divorce process, providing focused support during one of life’s most complex transitions.
She continued to expand her skill set through mediation training and advanced divorce transition planning, recognizing that financial decisions during divorce are often deeply intertwined with emotional and personal change. Kristina is also currently pursuing the Certified QDRO Specialist designation to further support clients navigating complex retirement and benefit-related issues in the context of divorce.
Bloom Divorce Advisory Services was founded out of this journey. The firm exists to provide individuals and couples with a calmer, more informed way to move through the financial side of divorce. Through education, thoughtful analysis, and practical planning tools, Kristina helps clients feel supported and prepared as they move forward into the next chapter of their lives.

Taking the first step does not require having everything figured out. A complimentary consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, talk through your situation, and understand how financial guidance could support your next steps. There is no obligation, and no pressure. The goal is simply to help you determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

Bloom Divorce Advisory Services works with individuals and couples who want a calmer, more thoughtful way through divorce.
Our clients value privacy, clarity, and stability, and they want to make decisions that protect not only their financial future, but also their family relationships.
We understand that navigating divorce can be complex. Here are some common questions we receive, along with our responses to help guide you through the process.
A Financial Neutral provides unbiased financial guidance to both parties, working collaboratively to organize financial information, analyze options, and model settlement scenarios so informed decisions can be made together.
A Financial Advocate represents one party’s financial interests during the divorce process, offering dedicated support while still remaining settlement-minded whenever possible. The right role depends on your goals, the level of cooperation between parties, and how your divorce process is structured.
The earlier, the better. Bringing in a CDFA® at the start of the process can help prevent costly mistakes, reduce conflict, and support more thoughtful decision-making before positions harden.
Clients often find that understanding their finances early leads to more productive conversations, a more efficient process, and more durable agreements later.
Bloom Divorce Advisory Services focuses exclusively on the financial aspects of divorce. Legal advice, document preparation, and filings are handled by qualified legal professionals.
We recommend retaining a consulting attorney or, in Arizona, a Legal Document Preparer or Legal Paraprofessional, and we collaborate closely with those professionals to support a coordinated and settlement-minded process.

Proudly serving clients locally in Arizona and and virtually across the country.
